I am writing this letter on behalf of my family. I would like to express our sincere gratitude towards the care of my wife of 42 years, the mother to our 5 children and grandmother to our grandchildren to our wonderful nurse named Peggy Process. WOW-What a woman! Very personable, she put my family and me at ease….and most importantly of all, took incredible care of my wife.

My wife experienced a severe head trauma, several fractures and was in a lot of pain. My wife is the most outgoing person and is always going, going, going (although you cannot see that right now.) You have to know she is the most important woman in our lives and she is what makes our family strong. Peggy has more than 100% gone out of her way today, even though she says she is only doing her job. She deserves the highest recognition.

I know it has not even been 48 hours since my wife has come in, but today for the first time, I saw my wife’s beautiful smile again. Forty-eight hours may not seem long for an ordinary time span; however for my family and me it has seemed like days and days and today was such a nice day! It was a day that brought more hope for us. My wife was much more relaxed and our minds were put to ease each time Peggy stepped into her room with her confident, personable smile.

Peggy is definitely a standout among your excellent staff!
