Nancy was nominated by her manager. Included in the nomination is a letter from a patient’s sister that reads,
“I will never forget you Nancy for your honesty, competency and the excellent care you provided my brother who died of brain cancer. I spent many days with him in the hospital and had the opportunity to meet and convene with you regarding my brother’s care. I feel I was blessed to have our path’s cross. Thank you, Nancy. You helped me bear what I felt was unbearable. God bless you, Nancy!”
