My mother was urgently admitted to your hospital after finding a brain tumor right after Christmas. She underwent a craniotomy and was then monitored in ICU postoperatively.
My mother and family were very shaken by these events. My mother felt in very rough shape following her surgery and all of this left her very scared. As soon as Jesse took over her care for that night, I knew my mother was in good hands. He had such a calming and soothing demeanor about him. He took care of every discomfort, question, and concern in such a timely manner. He was also very attentive to my mother and to us, her family.
He gave us all a little peace of mind following this intense whirlwind of events. Because of him, my family and I felt okay leaving my mother's side for the night to let her get important rest, as well as us. I can't thank him enough for his extraordinary care for our mother during this frightful time.
Our trust in Jesse came so quickly and easily. I can tell he is truly compassionate for what he does by the care that he gave. Because of this, we will never forget Jesse for helping us through this situation. It also gives me joy knowing he will provide this care/gift with many other individuals and their families during hardship.
We continue through our medical journey as my mom fights her cancer and I hope that we find at least a few more "Jesses".
