I had the absolute honor and privilege of having Catrice for my nurse. She showed me the utmost respect, she had a legitimate concern for how my day was going, made sure my pain level was under control, and she did whatever she could to do make me as comfortable as possible. She always had the sunniest disposition, a beautiful attitude towards life, and always had a smile on her face that reassured me that things would get better. I was blessed to have her as my RN, and I had no fear for the 12 hours she cared for me. I knew I had the best care.
Catrice treated me as a human being with respect and dignity. She is knowledgeable and very skilled. It was easy to speak with her about anything. She listened to all of my problems and still made me smile by reassuring me that things would get better in due time. I believe she was born with these amazing gifts, and she displayed them every time she was here.
I just want to let you know how truly lucky your hospital is to have a nurse as special, caring, intelligent, and genuine as Catrice on your staff. I know from my experience as a patient she will do whatever it takes to ensure that the utmost, ultimate care will be provided to each and every one of her patients, who are lucky enough to have her as their nurse. She truly is an angel on earth and is exactly where she needs to be, doing what she needs to be doing. She's touching the lives of people who need someone like her at their worst moments and hours in their lives.
