Set Up/ Getting Started
Every DAISY partner should have an electronic nomination form so patients/ families/ staff can nominate a nurse online. We suggest asking your marketing/IT team to create one on your website, as you will have more control over the branding and retrieval process. If your organization cannot create a form, we can provide you with one at no charge. Contact your regional team for more information.
