My mom was very anxious. Yesenia was very patient with her and made her comfortable. She was smiling, caring and talked to her in a sweet manner to put her fear and anxiety at ease. She was very attentive and compassionate and frequently checking on her all the time, making sure all was being done for her speedy recovery. She coordinated with the doctors to make things happen and kept us informed about all the steps being taken. My mom got attached to her.
