We, as the family of our 90-year-old mother, would like to nominate Will for his sensitivity and empathetic care and concern during her unexpected admission at U of N Medical Center.

His thoughtfulness and compassion during this difficult time was especially appreciated. He seemed to always be aware of mom's immediate needs, even the small things like closing the door quietly, being patient with mom, and making sure she understood what was happening around her.

Our thanks to Will for making mom's stay a little easier and more comfortable.
