Waldy continually demonstrates exemplary qualities demonstrated on 2 recent occasions.
Waldy had completed his shift and actually left the building when he received a request to come back to the ICU to help out because they were in need. Waldy without hesitation when back to the ICU, evaluated the situation, and administered all the 8 pm medications. He also checked with all the RN's to see what they needed. It wasn't until everyone was settled that Waldy excused himself for the rest of the day only to return the next day for another shift.

The Cath Lab was exceptionally appreciative of the Teamwork Waldy displayed as going above and beyond Waldy opted to stay and help the cath lab team to ensure the safety and care of his patient. We need more nurses like Waldy. All this was done without having to ask.
