During my stay here at Verdugo Hills Hospital, Victor made my entire stay a more comfortable and secure experience. He not only treated me with much kindness and respect, he was extremely compassionate and attentive and treated me like a person. I had a very uncomfortable experience, but upon explaining the situation to him, he went above and beyond to make the situation correct. It is because of him and his helpfulness that I did not leave. I think that he needs to be recognized for his work. I feel very comfortable and happy that I had him to take care of me. He never made me feel rushed. Victor took great care of me.
