I have had the privilege to witness Ronnie’s compassionate care over the past few weeks, and I am truly touched. 4N had a patient who is quite confused, however, Ronnie takes it upon herself to ensure this patient’s dignity and care is maintained at a level that is bar none. I have heard Ronnie singing hymns with the patient, nurturing her with complete compassion and sincerity. Ronnie is always putting the personal touch in her care.
