Trish is an active flight nurse and the educational trainer/coordinator for the Air Link med crew. She has been doing this for many years and it is not an easy task. She take's this responsibility very seriously and does an excellent job.
In addition to maintaining policies, procedures, and setting up Air Link's required training/competencies/clinical experiences/mandatory education/skills labs/invasive procedures, she takes it upon herself to constantly update her own education by listening to podcasts and searching the internet for most current educational opportunities. Trish will always pass along the information to the rest of the med crew. She will then take the time to sit down with each of us to discuss what we have learned and how to apply it to our jobs to better care for our patients.
Trish makes a special connection with all of her patients. She often will correspond with them throughout their entire healing process.
