Tricia impacted my life and my views on Ascension. I entered the ER with severe pain and wanted to end my life. This nurse went above and beyond. She listened to me, talked to me, and provided me with much comfort. My son had a less than stellar experience in the same situation as myself at a different location, so my view on Ascension was not good, but after my experience with Tricia, she changed my outlook. In fact, I've transferred my primary care services to Ascension. She also went above and beyond to intervene with law enforcement. They tried to put me on a 72-hour hold when I was voluntary. I was scared again because of what my son went through, but she came into my room and comforted me. She made all the right phone calls and made my fears dissipate. Amazing nurse! She explained the steps and process to me!
