A problematic patient situation came into the ED during the night shift and spilled over onto days. This patient had 3 young children in his care traveling to Arizona. It was in the best interest of the children to continue to their destination. Tracy was kind and provided food, information, and safety for all involved over several hours so this patient could, as safely as possible, continue their journey.
