Tina was very pleasant, encouraging, and skilled. She was also informative. I especially appreciated that she succeeded in placing the IV needle on the first try after applying a warm towel to my arm. Normally this is difficult which adds to my anxiety. Thankfully I didn't have to struggle with it this time. I loved this nurse!

I wanted to share that my experience with my surgery was exceptional. The main reason I wanted to contact you was to tell you about a nurse by the name of Tina. She told me she has been at the hospital for a few years and enjoys her job.
After my procedure, Tina was there to help me through the process. I felt that she went above her normal responsibilities to assist me. She was so helpful.
