When I arrived from the ER, Tia was very kind, smiling, and reassuring about what to expect. She listened to my fears and explained in detail the answers. She took the time to call the physician to get more specific answers about my meds and procedures to be done. She obtained detailed info about my new medication to be started at discharge, took plenty of time with me to help in my decision-making process about side effects of a new medication. She made every effort to see the discharge process went smooth.
