Theresa is an extremely skilled nurse who is comforting and reassuring to her patients. Her experience and love of nursing is evident the moment she walks of the unit or into a patient room. She performs her job with efficiency and effectiveness that always ensures the best outcomes for her patients. Not only this, but she does so with a unique compassion that shows her patients that caring for them is more than just a job, it is her life.

...Theresa always had time to talk to me and explain any questions I might have. She would give me suggestions on how to manage my pain. She encouraged me to when I was feeling down. Theresa made me take ownership of my recovery and in doing so empowered me to be my own cheerleader in my recovery. Theresa was always upbeat, positive and friendly. Such a pleasant site when you are not feeling your best. I was impressed by the professionalism shown by Theresa when changing shifts. She let the incoming nurse know how my day had gone, what we had done, the medication plan and what I was working on. Please let Theresa knows that her excellent care and compassion did not go unnoticed. She should be made aware that her patients are very appreciative of her excellent care.
