...Recently we've closed one critical care unit and the staff has transferred to the ICU. When Terri comes to work she does everything she can to help her co-workers. Even to the point of changing her assignments so that the staff have a better night. She's in charge mostly on the weekends and is a huge resource to the other nurses. Terri is a calm individual who never gets mad. She treats her co-workers with the utmost respect. She is a kind and caring nurse to her patients and goes above and beyond for them.

...

Since CCU has moved to ICU she has gone above and beyond to help everyone. She's generally in charge when she comes to work, and she does a great job. She offers to change assignments to accommodate an incoming STEMI. She does whatever she can so that she is the one to take the brunt so others can have an easier night. She's a great resource as well. She is always approachable no matter how bad of a night she is having.

Recently she was put in charge and then pulled to CSR on a Sunday night. When she got over there everything was locked. She could not even get linens to make the beds without getting security to unlock them. She and Prunetta were both pulled with the assumption they were only to get 2 patients. That night I know they got at least 3 maybe even 4 admissions with just the two of them, in a unit they are not accustomed to.
