The whole time my grandson was in the NICU, Teri was very informative and helpful. She made the baby's mom very comfortable with all of her questions and provided a helping hand with feedings, changes and managing all of the tubes attached. She always made us comfortable. She would answer any questions we had. She would say 'no question is dumb'.

I have always admired Teri and her excellent hands-on, no-nonsense nursing skills. On this particular day, I observed as Teri listened quietly, patiently, and compassionately while a frustrated mommy struggled to articulate her emotions, needs, and feelings. When the parent finished, Teri explained how she understood her concerns and then gave her great suggestions on how to proceed with her agenda. I have always respected Teri and thought her quiet, yet strong spirit made her an excellent nurse. After watching the interaction between these two, my respect for Teri deepened!
