Tanea works with patients dealing with prolapse and urinary and fecal incontinence. I have had countless patients tell me that Tanea has gone out of her way to make them feel comfortable when suffering from an often embarrassing condition. I had one patient who had to have a catheter placed for a prolonged period of time. The patient was distraught about how this would affect her life. Tanea spent over an hour working with this patient to listen to her concerns and come up with solutions as to how the patient could continue to have a meaningful life in spite of having a catheter. Tanea worked with this patient through lunch. This patient who came into my office in tears left smiling and often comes by our office to just say hello to Tanea. This is just one example of the many times Tanea has gone out of her way to provide excellent care to our patients.
