Being a new graduate nurse is always difficult but when I accepted the position on unit 9, everyone had nothing but great things to say about Tammy. Immediately, I saw her natural kindness, professional empathy and friendly demeanor. Her positive attitude is contagious and is vital in her teaching style and communication with staff. Every patient and every staff member is equal in her mind and she is truly an incredible individual.
