Soumya is an exceptional nurse. She is so caring about patient's safety on the unit. She also cares about the staff she is working with. Soumya is always helpful and knowledgeable about any situation that arises. She is a great role model for all staff as she loves to teach patients, family and nursing staff in a compassionate way.
