I'm writing this for a job well done by this very professional nurse. She has all the right qualities and commitment to serve as a leader in her profession. From listening to the patients' needs to just making and truly caring about any day to day concerns. She is one of a kind, some people struggle to perform their duties, but it comes naturally to this young lady. Shayla has the 5 essential qualities mentioned above (Integrity, Commitment, Advocacy, Respect, and Excellence), and other nurses can truly learn the qualities and commitment to excellence she always displayed.
