Shalene was like a ray of sunshine greeting us on the unit. She was concerned and professional for my mother's care. Her questions concerning my mother's medicines and healthcare were stated clearly so we could provide needed answers for completing the paperwork. She met the challenge of a new computer system with eagerness and showed no sign of frustration with us or the computer. Shalene provided encouragement when my mother became fearful about whether she was getting the right medications. She talked gently to her when my mother had questions about her care. Shalene seemed to be on top of the situation at all times especially when she was confronted with questions or concerns that we had on our first day visit as a patient's family. Shalene is a blessing to the nursing field and a professional that represents your facility very well!!
