Serena creates a goodie bag for each of her patients. Each bag is patient specific with a handwritten card to them and makes the patients feel special. This act of compassion is above and beyond what Serena is called to do, and demonstrates the partner's behaviors as well as DAISY. Serena has a real love for her patients.
