During our stay at Trinity in Moline after the birth of our son, we were blessed with having Sandy as our nurse. She was so kind and was always happy when she came into our room. Her presence and mood when she was around always lifted my spirits and put a smile on my face. She made me feel really comfortable.

Whenever she had to take my son out of the room to see a doctor or have a test done. Sandy explained answers to any questions we had completely and really made me feel prepared for going home. As we were leaving to make our way home with our newborn, Sandy walked us out to our car and made sure we had everything we needed. She then gave us each a hug and said that she was happy to work with us. I'm really not sure that I have ever been around someone so nice and caring before.

She really made me feel comfortable in my first ever stay at a hospital. I am forever grateful that Sandy was a part of our experience in becoming new parents. I'm not quite sure I could ever truly thank her enough for how much she helped us! Sandy was WONDERFUL!
