Sandra has definitely chosen the right career. My 91-year-old father was in ICU for several days. Two of these days Sandra was his nurse. Both days were dire for my father, so very emotional to say the least. Sandra was very kind and respectful of our stress. She spoke with me of her own father and similar situations with his hospitalization, as well as the impact he had on her life. Helping guide her path into nursing. She understood our uncertainty oftentimes with what was happening to Dad. Sandra even printed out information for me to read to better understand arterial fibrillation, a gesture I truly appreciated. Sandra had a sweet way of calming my nerves and always made herself available to answer any questions.
Warren Memorial Hospital is very lucky to have such a compassionate nurse on staff.
