My appendix ruptured and I was in horrible pain from the onset. When parking, my wife parked far and we walked. A nurse passed by saw me bent over and ran ahead to the entrance to get me a chair. Eventually, I was sent to the 6th floor. Another RN welcomed me and let me know he was off soon, but Ryan will surely take care of me. This young man introduced himself, asked about why I was here and showed me he cared.

As the days continued Ryan was on top of my mediation. If Ryan noticed my mood changing, he asked me my pain level. Ryan checked on me throughout his shifts every day. Ryan took the weekend off, he came back and said, "Why are you still here sir?" He cared. He called my Doctor to find out what and why. If this were a practice facility on how a nurse is supposed to care for a patient, Ryan is the epitome in the field. My stay was very long and uncomfortable. With Ryan, my stay was very long and pampered. Going out of his way to ensure I had all I needed made me less apprehensive about being here at all. Awesome job, son. Thank You!
