Russiele is caring, kind, efficient, and goes way beyond her call of duty. She always has the patient's well-being and comfort as her foremost thought. She is very knowledgeable and professional in all situations. She takes time to talk with the patient and their family to put them at ease in a very uncertain and stressful situation in the hospital setting. This is so appreciated by us!
