Rosanna is an exceptional nurse who has the ability to exemplify all of the Excellence A.L.W.A.Y.S. principles.
Accountability- She is a great decision maker and does what's best for her patient.
Leadership- She demonstrates exemplary behavior, communicates effectively what is currently happening, and what's about to be ordered for my mom.
Willing- She is willing to go above and beyond for the care of my mother and me. I had to stay overnight with my mom, and she was so helpful in tucking both myself and my mother in.
Attitude- She's always smiling and pleasant. She was positive and excited to do what she could to make our stay a great one.
"You First"- She is timely and I never had to push a call button for her. She was always either passing through or sticking her head in the door to check on us.
Safety- She went far and beyond to keep my mother comfortable and safe.
Rosanna is absolutely the greatest nurse I have ever encountered within my years of dealing with hospitals.
