Ronny is an outstanding nurse. He helps out whenever he can no matter what the task is. He is a great teacher who is always willing to show and explain how things get done. Ronny is simply great to work with. The following letters, one from a patient and another from a student nurse, serve as examples:

I want to thank Ronny for taking excellent care of me during my stay at UC Irvine. I was in room 5005 and everyone, especially Ronny, did everything possible to keep me comfortable and made my stay a relatively enjoyable one in the hospital. Ronny and the staff were very accommodating and really made me feel comfortable while I was getting my calcium replaced post-parathyroidectomy. I feel as though Ronny went above and beyond to keep me comfy considering how hard it is to draw blood from me and how often he had to do it.
