My dad had open heart surgery on June 16. Ron was the nurse who took care of him on the first night. I was there the whole night. Ron was nurturing, very proactive, responsible, and very spiritual. He was very informative and had excellent customer service towards me.
***
Ron is a very, very good nurse. He is one of a kind. Thank you, thank you very much. Excellent RN with great bedside manners.
***
Ron was hired as a new grad RN in Pulmonary Telemetry in May 2011. He became a preceptor & Relief Charge Nurse (RCN) on that unit, then transferred to the Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) in June 2014. Once established with much critical care clinical experience, Ron became a preceptor and RCN in SICU.
***
He honors all commitments to his patients, families and his colleagues by listening with compassion and healing, and upholds Adventist Health Glendale's mission, vision, and values. Ron is a role model to his peers with his professional growth and accountability at the bedside. He helps his peers without being asked and exhibits a positive attitude. Ron provides excellent customer service with the use of Studer AIDET skills and professionalism.
***
He is well respected by the physicians, and they trust him with patient care at the bedside.
