Ron has been my great aunt's ICU nurse for days. When I have come every afternoon to sit with her, he greets me, updates me on any changes in her status and in the care she is being provided. I happen to be an RN myself and have watched Ron respond quickly to any concerns and changes in my aunt's status. His bedside manner makes me feel calm and less anxious when I have to leave her each evening. His experience, compassion, and knowledge deserve to be awarded and praised.
