Robyn has been so wonderful as our primary care nurse taking care of our loved one during this difficult time. She was so attentive to our needs. She took the time to thoroughly answer our questions and allowed many visitors to be at the bedside, especially when we were scared and anxious. She worked quickly to communicate with the doctors here and the transfer center to ensure our loved one was transferred in a timely manner. She made sure to put our loved one's needs first and to make sure we were always informed of the plan of care. While others may interpret us as a difficult family to work with (very large family with medical backgrounds asking lots of questions), she was so patient with us. We are so grateful for her care and all she has done for our loved one and our family.

As a nurse, I know how difficult it can be to care for critical patients while also keeping family members informed. I also know how difficult it can be allowing multiple loved ones at the bedside without disrupting safe care for the patient. I want to thank you for allowing so many family and friends at the bedside and transferring us to a larger corner room for privacy. Thank you for being patient with us and understanding how important it was to be by my sister-in-law's side. The care we received was truly phenomenal. My sister-in-law's hospitalization was sudden and very frightening event for family and friends to witness. Robyn did such a great job keeping us informed and allowing many visitors to be at her side. The quick and timely transfer would not have been possible without her as our nurse. In addition to keeping the residents and physician informed with updates, she was so efficient with communicating between the facilities, the residents, the attending, and arranging transportation. She worked so hard to make sure our loved one was transferred right away and all parties were informed. I especially want to recognize the hard work she did and for staying after her shift until after 10 pm to make sure our loved one was transferred successfully. She really went above and beyond for us.
