I would like to honor Robin Larsen - 7th floor nurse - for going over and above to help me find a pharmacy to get my husband's anti-seizure prescription filled after being released from the hospital. The neurologist who was in charge of his release had the prescription sent to the local Walgreens close to our house. When I went to pick it up, I found the pharmacy closed because it was a holiday! I called Robin and she said she would have it transferred to our local Meijer store, which was done. They couldn't fill it because insurance would not cover it because it was already placed at Walgreens. It couldn't be transferred because the pharmacies at all Walgreens in the area were closed! Another call to Robin and she found a 24-hour pharmacy in Battle Creek where the pharmacy was open! She even called them to make sure they could fill the prescription. It was a 30-minute drive to Battle Creek to pick up the prescription but my husband had to have it for his 9:00 pm time and I certainly didn't mind going there to pick it up! Just so thankful to Robin for all the help she gave us! She definitely deserves recognition!
