A patient had been discharged from OSC with a sling after having rotator cuff surgery. As the patient was getting out of the car upon her arrival home, her arm fell out of the sling. The patient and her family were very upset because they weren't sure how to put the sling back on. Renee went to the patient's home to help place the sling and educate the patient. She spent an hour at the patient's home to ensure the patient and her family were comfortable. Thank you, Renee, for going above and beyond!
