Remedy understands how hard something like this is not only to an elderly man, but his family too!
This quote was one of two very emphatic notes received from this patient's family regarding care that Remedy provided to this elderly man who was a high fall risk, with behavior and communication changes requiring an especially watchful eye. What strikes me in the notes was not just the attention to the patient, but also to the family. The family mentions "she kept me calm and feeling confident when she was here", and "she has a beautiful, happy spirit which makes a difference to the patient and family". They also noted her "quick response' to his bed alarms, changes in his heart rate and was quick to communicate changes to the physicians.
