...In all of my years at Trinity, I have never had someone as kind hearted and compassionate in her particular field as Rebecca. She truly cares for each and every patient she comes in contact with. I felt that she not only cares for her patients but she only wanted the best for me in regards to the level of experience I was receiving during my orientation.

There was an instance where a baby had just been born via C-section and needed to be transferred to the NICU. There was no NICU nurse available at the time so it was Rebecca and I that assumed the higher level of care for this newborn. The entire experience was amazing thanks to Rebecca. She stayed calm though the entire process while walking me through all the steps needed to stabilize this patient. She reassured me that I was doing a great job and gave me the confidence needed to give the patient the best possible care possible.

Rebecca has the personality that was made for any situation. She is able to approach any situation with a great deal of compassion and understanding. To top it all off she is able to uphold all of her great standards of care while maintaining a leadership role as well. She has shown me the type of birthplace nurse I would love to be.

To say that Rebecca is a great nurse is an understatement. She exceeds every expectation I have had for this orientation process and look forward to working with her for many more years to come.
