Randy went beyond his duties as a nurse and showed respect not only for his patient but for his patient's family and friends. He takes time to connect with people. He was knowledgeable in telling me what he was doing and explained the purpose of the medication. Before he left he was always asking if there was anything else we needed. I've been in healthcare for 38 years and he is one of the finest RNs I have had the pleasure of meeting. He has a great personality, knowledge, and respect for people.
