Rachel is an outstanding example of what a nurse should aspire to be. She is highly professional, compassionate, and incredibly caring. Working in a demanding environment with an aggressive patient who is hearing impaired to boot. Rachel neutralized the situation and provided an opportunity to receive the best medical care possible. I appreciate her heroic efforts in caring for my brother.
