I would like to commend Rachel Bennetti for the outstanding care she provided my mother in law,“ M”. She went way beyond meeting the needs of our entire family. She was attentive to every detail of my mother in laws care and absolutely is the nurse that we should all aspire to be. It is clear that she loves what she does and it is obvious from her interactions with all her colleagues that she is well liked and a real team play. “M” is no longer able to care for herself and her dog and we brought her to California to live with us. Rachel arranged for a “good bye” visit while we were there which meant so much to “M”. As a “seasoned” ortho nurse myself, you can imagine that I was watching every move the nursing staff made and commend them all. Handwashing, safety, all of those HIPPA and JCAHO rules completely faultless!! I am happy to report that “M” is doing extremely well in rehab in Prescott, Az. Many thanks to all the staff that helped “M” make such remarkable progress, especially Rachel.
