Quinton went above and beyond the call of duty when I expressed how concerned I was that I could not get room service after 7 pm. Being a post-op patient, I was very hungry and did not want a sandwich, Jell-O, etc. I really wanted something hot and hearty. Quinton heard my pleas and with assistance ordered food in for the staff and he ordered some food for myself. I was able to enjoy a heaping order of hot clam chowder and I was a very happy patient, and so very grateful for Quinton's sensitivity and capability to go to plan B and solve my issue with such caring and understanding. He was busy juggling staff changes and still took the time to listen to me. He is a sweetheart.
