The purpose of this letter is to formally commend Brittany and her staff for services that they rendered to my wife while she was on that unit after her Gastric Bypass surgery.
Each one of the staff knew the names and status of each of their patients and went out of the way to make sure that every need was taken care of. The staff was always professional and showed the same concern for the family of the patients.
Nurses Yojana, Rosie, Jordan, and Laurie made extra rounds to ensure that everyone in their care was being properly taken care of and see if there were needs or concerns from family or patient.
The techs Kelsey and Allison also assisted my wife in anything that she needed or required help with if they could. The nurse who prepared my wife for surgery was excellent but I do not know her name. She comforted my wife when she thought they were going to cancel her surgery and kept reassuring her that everything would work out. This helped my wife to settle down and made her at ease.
I have been around a number of hospitals and found it very comforting to see the concern that your staff shows the patients and family and how they work as a unit instead of everyone just having their job to do. They seem eager to help each other if needed.
Food service made an impression on my wife and our family as they would always try to help her if she had a request for something to drink that did not happen to be on her tray.
My wife and I wish to express our heartfelt appreciation for the kindness and excellent care that she received during her recent hospitalization. We know that she received the best care available.
The sensitivity and support of your excellent staff helped my wife and myself through a very trying experience, and we will never forget the kindness and concern shown by all.
Please express our appreciation to everyone who worked with my wife.

My husband was admitted for heart failure which was a new diagnosis. He was very well taken care of and made to feel very comfortable. They all made sure that I was comfortable as well. They went above and beyond. We've been in and out of hospitals for 2 years with no answer, but we finally got one. We are both so very grateful. Thank you for your kindness. Thank you for being on the front lines.
