During my admission into ITU care, Presier immediately took her time to reassure me and make me feel calm, for a 22-year-old being admitted into an intensive care environment was very frightening, especially considering my symptoms at the time being mass vomiting of blood further complexed with medical background of an autoimmune disorder called CVID mixed with Evan syndrome (a variation of ITP). Presier took her time to do this with all of my relatives which made my time of ITU as relaxing as possible, as I began to stabilise I felt like it was her sole mission to make me and my relatives smile and laugh once a day. This could have been done in several ways whether this was her sporadic singing or little dance she does on entering a room.
