We came in due to our 17-month-old having fevers and seizures. As a parent, it is so scary to see your child in pain. Patti was our nurse for most of the time. She was caring, understanding, and patient. She was not only an amazing caregiver and nurse, she answered all of our questions clearly and kindly. I actually understood all of her responses. Our family has so much gratitude for our nurse Patti. She did an outstanding job taking care of our son and helping us understand. We were wowed with the way she handled everything. This was the most wonderful care service that I have ever experienced. Her sensitivity and kindness was above and beyond. Our family has so much gratitude for all that she did. We were able to feel safe and calm. I like the way she stays calm under pressure. Our son made a full recovery. She was welcoming; even though we are from out of town and we felt like we were home.
