Our daughter was placed in the NICU due to high bilirubin levels and she was also Coombs positive. We had no idea what that meant, but we knew it was serious. We were scared. Let us first say we appreciate everyone who aided in the speedy recovery of our daughter; however, Patricia Tuttle was very special to us.
She took the time to give us information on our daughter's condition and made sure she kept us in the loop of things. She always had a nice private place for me to breastfeed and was available if I needed her. She could also see that I was very stressed about the whole ordeal, so she would give me encouraging words or just make me laugh. She is an extraordinary person and very competent about her job. I just want her to know she rocks!
