Trish has been our nurse ever since I transferred my kids to Raydeen when the Clinic opened. She is always great with my kids when they come in for sickness or routine check-ups. However, this time my son has been struggling with a skin condition and trying to remove numerous warts that have spread all over his body. She was there with me when we had to pin him down the first couple times to freeze off as many warts as possible. She saw my concern for my son and how scared he was each time we had to do this. When I reached out to her about other options of care she was already a step ahead of me. She worked with Raydeen to find an alternative method that would cause my son less pain. When she found it, she was initially told to her that they couldn't get the medicine in, but Trish knew how important this was to me and my son. She pursued it until she could finally get the medicine. Trish didn't have to keep trying to find this medicine for my son. She didn't have to call numerous places to track it down. She didn't have to do this in her little spare time she has in a day. But she did and it was more meaningful to me than ever with how much she cared for my son. This may seem trivial, just a wart remover medicine, but having to pin down my son and have him look me in the eyes with the look of "why are you letting them hurt me" was more than I could bear, so having Trish find this alternative was a blessing. Thank you, Trish, for your everyday care of my family, and for the extra you put into your day to make things just a little bit better.
