Patricia, without question, is the one person who has stuck out to me. In my one night with her, I was doing a 24 hour urine along with trying melatonin for the first time. In addition, I had to have blood sugar taken at a precise time that isn't at a meal. Patricia saw that all of this was done both promptly and correctly. She also stressed that if I have any issue to please call her. She is both very professional yet sweet, that's a very hard balance to attain in a role such as hers, but she does it with aplomb.
