Papken (Peter) Nalbandian has demonstrated great compassion and professionalism through his care of patients. Peter is nurturing and born for nursing patients back to health. He is extremely knowledgeable and has a beautiful demeanor. God bless.

...

Peter was the most compassionate nurse the patient, my father, had during his prolonged stay in the SICU after his triple bypass surgery. In a particular situation when my father was removed from the PICC line, when he was under the influence of heavy medication and in a confused, mildly sedated state, Peter assessed the severity of the situation correctly and with compassion and willingness succeeded in putting in the IV. Peter's caring personality and his ability to work under pressure went above and beyond our expectations.

...

Peter is competent with his skills of taking care of complicated neuro patients, IABP, post-CABG, Hypothermia & cEEG patients. He is multilingual; fluent in English, Armenian & Hebrew language.
He is well liked by his peers, patients & family members. Peter is also very flexible with his schedule, floating to telemetry, medical-surgical & ED as needed. In fact, he is being cross-trained in ED effective March 15th.

Peter is a very compassionate team player, detailed with documentation, dedicated to his patients, and provides quality care. He implements AIDET and hourly rounding, and has great charm with his patients with his smile. They love him...so do we!
