I took my son for what I felt would be a routine appointment. It turned into some very scary lab results. Results, if correct, would change his life forever. The compassion and care from the team and Pam were incredible. As I was visibly upset, Pam scooped up my little boy and took him to play so I could get my questions asked and compose myself. She showed him flowers and trees and made him feel so safe and loved. After we left, I had some follow up questions and she not only answered them but brought paperwork out to the curb so I didn't have to bring my little boy back in. The results of the test meant we immediately had to go to Riley ER. They each checked on us during that time. Thankfully everything checked out ok and we were able to come home that night. I will never forget the compassion and support we received. My little boy hasn't either. He loves seeing Pam!
