Nicole was able to fulfill a last request by the patient and family and she did not have to do so. Such a simple thing as convincing hospice to bring our Mom outside in the sun. It was her favorite place to be and she was never going to see it again. Nicole did more than she ever had to by going to them personally to make the request. She made it happen and it was the most special last moments with our mother. I could not have asked for a better day with her and our family. She gave wonderful service in a time of great sorrow. In that time, she brought us tremendous joy. We will cherish that day forever. Thank you.
